Before going further, it should be pointed out that you're inserting a mechanical device into your ear that can potentially touch and do damage to your ear drum. This is not a device that should be handled casually. The same can be said for Q-Tips, Clinere ear wax tools, etc. I'm not singling out the BEBIRD device. The safest method for DIY ear wax removal is still a liquid product - Debrox and others. Nuff said. The BEBIRD app in the Apple app store states that this is designed for the iPad but doesn't state that it's compatible with the iPhone. I tried with my iPad, no issues. Download the app from the Apple App Store, open the app, power on the BEBIRD device, go to your wifi settings in the iPad, connect to BEBIRD wifi. Done. No issues whatsoever. With my iPad, the output displays in portrait mode only, not landscape. This doesn't affect functionality and isn't a problem but maybe worth pointing out. I tried connecting using my iPhone but it didn't seem to want to connect. I haven't trouble shot this so maybe due to something I overlooked. Apparently others have used iPhones with no issues. Here's the cool part: if you have a Mac, the app store says that the app hasn't been verified for macOS but it installed and worked perfectly, as easily as with my iPad. I'm currently using macOS Tahoe v.26.1. I now have a 23" external monitor displaying the deepest recesses of my inner ear in all it's glory and horror. Much easier to use and with a lot of screen, easier to see what you're dealing with. BEBIRD states that it's compatible with Android. A quick search found that there seems to be an app available for Windows too. I'd suggest downloading it ONLY if it's from the Microsoft Store and Google Play store, not side load it from sources that may or may not be trustworthy. At this price point I didn't have high expectations but my skepticism proved to be unfounded. The resolution is far better than you'll need to get he job done. Individual hairs display clearly, look like giant trees in a forest from the perspective of the camera. Waxy areas are easy to make out and the color separation is very good. I imagine that you could use this for more than just ears - light repairs/projects in the house and car where you need an extra few inches of visibility to peer into areas that are otherwise inaccessible. The possibilities are almost endless. As with many other products you'll find in Amazon, it's available from multiple suppliers with various brand names. Given that the scopes appear to be virtually identical and distinguished only by the tools and supplies they ship with, I'd guess that they're manufactured by the same entity/manufacturer, sold to resellers who brand them with their names and then kit them out the way they want. Amazing device at this price point. I didn't have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Worth every penny of the $24.00 paid. It wasn't so long go that a device like this might cost hundreds of dollars.

Love this Bebird R1 Wax Removal Tool. The Camera is great to see the ear wax. Very easy to use exceptional softness that did not bother my ear canal at all. I just had to download the app and it worked right away. Seems to be good quality. Very easy to clean. I put alcohol on a towel and everything came off in one swipe. I like the black color and all the extra attachments that come with it.

I really liked the Bebird overall and think it’s a great concept, especially the built-in camera and app. The video quality is clear and it’s helpful to actually see what’s going on in your ear instead of guessing. The app was easy to use and connected quickly, which I appreciated. My only downside is that the tip is a bit too wide for my ears. Because of that, I wasn’t able to get deep enough to fully clean the areas I needed, which limited how effective it was for me personally. It still worked well for surface-level cleaning and checks, just not as thoroughly as I had hoped. If you have larger ear canals, this would probably be perfect. For smaller or narrower ears, I’d love to see slimmer tip options in the future. Overall, it’s a well-made product with great features—just not a perfect fit for everyone.

I will spare you all the disgusting photos. Im sure theres plenty out there if you choose to look. Great camera quality for the price. I had a really annoying ear clog and this fixed it. This product works great when you have sticky earwax. It makes it so easy to pull. Unfortunately its very hard to maneuver at first but you will get the hang of it. I find it easier doing it on my own rather than asking my partner to do it for me. Battery time lasts at least an hour. Ive become so addicted to cleaning out my ear! The inside of your ears are very sensitive so be careful pulling wax out.

It feels like I finally have my own health being monitored "professionally" in my own hands! I was reluctant to purchase this product due to being afraid I'd hurt my ear however once giving it a try I realized just how easy the BEBIRD Removal tool makes it to clean your ears both effectively and safely!

I have tried a couple different ear cameras off Amazon and this one is the best hands down. The detachable tip is great. I use just the camera in my kids’ ears and it’s so clear and doesn’t scratch the inside of their ears. The picture is very clear as you can see. It can be a little laggy sometimes but super easy to use and very nice. Comes with a charger and may different tips.

Short summary: The camera and additional pieces were fantastic and great for capturing HD photos and keeping an eye on things in the ears/nose/throat ENT stuff you may have going on. Unfortunately, mine stopped working very soon after getting it, though I did get at least one good use. I'm trying to get it to work or exchanged, currently. Thorough review / more details: Camera - The camera quality was amazing! Way better than my last one! I'll put comparison photos in the attached, but i'll also compare the two by name below if you want to skip the images. Tool attachments - It comes with a soft safety cover for looking up your nose and your ears, and even has a tongue depressor for looking in your mouth. The attachments for tool usage screw on which feels safer to me than my previous one that I slipped a little silicone cover on (which the metal broke through at one point after much use - I don't think that will be an issue with these attachments.) I was able to safely get a good view of my eardrum, comfortably up my nose to get a clear view of the middle turbinate. There are manual accessories but they are hard/metal/etc so please be careful if you use them. Use case - My symptoms I checked on were my itchy ear canals, trouble breathing through my nose, and wisdom teeth coming in late. For my nose, I have allergies (treated/managed) and always feel \stuffy and wondered if my previous diagnosis of deviated septum applied, or something else going on, to have my own view and clear photos to compare to different doctor opinions on my nose situation. I found a doctor site with different condition photos that are the same style as what we see with the app here so I was able to compare myself. For my ears, with this higher quality camera I was able to see more detail and how incredibly red my ear canals are, but otherwise don't see any issues I can identify. I have hearing loss but I don't know enough to judge based on the view of my eardrum, just that I was able to get a good look with this product and get photos. For the mouth tool, I got a high quality close up look at my wisdom tooth breaking through my gums. It'll be helpful in monitoring to see when I have to get surgery and have them removed, because currently I am prioritizing other things. I love having this to keep an eye on stuff myself. Beta tools - I didn't have a chance to try them before it stopped working, but they are interesting to me. Comfort/safety - The attachments for the top seem like a better design than the previous one I had. I don't think they will fall off easily and feel safe in that regard. However, they are not as soft as the silicone tips from the last one I had. Battery/connectivity - It started having issues after the first use. Even though it said it had over 60% battery, and I checked the troubleshooting notes in the user guide, none of that mattered and it turned off unless i was actively holding the button. Customer service - I tried reaching out to customer service through the app and just received an automated initial response that reappeared as the most previous message whenever it refreshed. Something strange along those lines / unhelpful. It also gave the option to attach videos but wouldn't actually send them, from what I could tell (even short 6 second ones.) Return/Exchange/Refund - I am going to try charging it fully and if it still doesn't work, I will attempt an exchange first because of the superior camera quality and attachments. If I still have issues, I will try to find a comparable product or try customer service again. Comparing two products - the previous one I had (which I guess isn't on Amazon anymore but still) was from the company LEIPUT, and the app for it was 'Suear' (with an ear as the app icon.) This BEBIRD product app is 'bebird' (has a hummingbird icon.) My previous tool I had for 6 months before it stopped working. This one I had one or two days... but I do like the product more so I'm hoping I can figure it out / have a working one. I have a 6 second video of the current issue i'm having with this product in the attached to this review if anyone wants to see it. My recommendation for use - Definitely do not go closer to the eardrum than in my photo, and I only went that close with the safety attachment (black and soft silicone, not the firmer screw-on tool for getting earwax, the one just for looking.) For the nose, it's probably not good to go past the middle turbinate. Getting a good look at mine with the safety attachment is about as far as I felt comfortable going for a view in my nose. For a better look at any of these, or if you have any concerns, see an ENT doctor (Ear Nose Throat doctor). Note that if you are concerned about money and live in the US, there is likely a financial assistance program in place that will provide a discount proportionate to your FPL (Federal Poverty Level / income.) I do like this product but it's for extra insight, not replacing proper medical care :) I hope this helped! Started to feel blockage in my ear so I immediately tried in the bathroom while my shower is running, and over time the steam started to loosen the wax in my right ear. Hit a wall and it became too sensitive to pick at and remove slowly. I stopped because it started to feel slightly painful (1-2/10 pain) and stopped there. It was easy to use but definitely go slow because you don’t want to cause damage. I tried the left ear later on in the day but this time beforehand, I got in the shower and just tilted my head so that water flushes in. Helps if you have a mobile shower head and spray in your ear; I wanted to be cautious about it so I kept it a good painless distance to flush hot/warm water in. Tried using the cleaner again afterward and, of course, the wax was easier to remove and far less painful, if not painless (keep in mind I did spend a good minute on my other ear so I knew how more gentler I needed to go). Was able to remove a wall of wax. I want to emphasize being very gentle and note for pain while cleaning. If it starts being sensitive, I suggest cutting it EARLY so you don’t cause damage. Better safe than sorry. Overall, it’s good; only nitpicky thing I’d say is it’s hard to maneuver the camera angle if your ear canal got some curvature.
