No issues, good bite, low noise and low dust.

Bought these for my Lexus 06 IS350 and I knew had to change the pads and rotors right away. I read a lot of good things about these pads on the forum and thought I'd give them a try. It's easy to install and pads look really high quality. Initial impressions blew my mind, there's a solid amount of bite, but what really got me was how good the brake feel is when braking harder. They stop the car amazing, I know that if I slam on my brakes from 60-0 I'll stop within 3 seconds, these brakes are amazing and I feel confident driving around. Good luck to whoever is driving behind you☠️ Edit: Been over 25K miles and the front and rears looks practically new. The bite is still really good as well, squeal could be better at low speeds. I don't mind the noise, its like a warning that I'm reversing for other people haha

Wow was I suprised at how little brake dust these pads expelled compared to the OEM brake pads. These pads have all the qualities one l one looks for; quiet, powerful, affordable, comfortable, etc... I took the Is200t through the canyons with these after letting them become friends with the rotor, and I was very impressed at their performance despite it being an "OEM alternative". Felt like an upgrade honestly. No brake fade either, and also not harsh initial bite.

The factory front pads on a Lexus GS350 bit surprisingly hard into the rotors. They would stop for sure, but they lacked variability in braking and created excessive brake dust. Replaced with these Akebono and couldn't be happier. Great control of braking without being obnoxiously grippy like the stock pads. They grab hard only when I ask them and are soft and controlled when I lightly brake - just what I was looking for. Less brake dust on my wheels between washes. This is my second set for the front brakes. Able to get 60,000 miles of combo highway/city driving out of the first set. Easy on my rotors, still plenty of rotor surface area according to factory specs. Used a light coat of copper anti seize on metal to metal parts on the install and the brakes are very quiet, no issue with brake squeal. Brake noise (other than obvious grinding) is largely caused by harmonics which has a ton of variables. These harmonics are wost where metal touches other metal. The copper anti seize is key to minimize those harmonics, don't skip this step. Copper anti seize can hold up to the braking system's high heat whereas other lubes cannot. Highly recommend, will buy again.

I bought these brakes after reading the reviews citing how they excelled at stopping power and low-dust. Well, after a few months using them, I can attest that they have EXCELLENT clamping power as well as the lowest dust output of any pad that I've ever had. With that being the case, they still have one flaw and that's how insanely loud they are when they are cold. Every morning when I start my car and as well as when I come back to my car after work, when I back my car out, the squealing noise they make is almost unbearable inside the cabin. I can only imagine what it sounds like outside the car. The noise it makes is not the standard noise like the noise you hear after washing your car, but rather a much louder version of squealing brakes. I have checked the pads to make sure they are seated correctly and to make sure the shims are still in place and all checked out well. It only occurs on initial movement of the car after it's been sitting for a while, but if it gets worse, or begins occurring during normal use, they are getting swapped out for something quieter.

Excellent product, much less dust than my last ceramic pads. Will be the only pads I purchase from now on.

beware it doesn't not come with new brackets for the calipers. you may have to buy new brackets or reused old one. No brake noise.

quiet, stops as well or better than the OEM lexus ones that were worn out after 35K miles, and generates a lot less dust on the wheels. Longevity is unknown as they're brand new but I expect they'll last as long if not longer since the OEM had a pretty short usable life.
