Delicious!!! Soft and chewy caramel, apple cinnamon, with mild nut taste. Amazon only sells these in the Fall, so I stock up! It's only 100 calories, so if you want something sweet these will satisfy your sweet tooth without affecting your diet. I love them!

I have repurchased several times. This is one of the best flavors I’ve tried of the thin bars. Wish this was a yearlong flavor. Sweet but not overly so, a nice dessert of snack.

I've tasted many varieties of kind bars. These are very good. You get caramel, and apple cinnamon, all in a nice chewy bite. The flavors come through. I'd buy this again.
