Runs flat in 20mins not even charging for 2-5%
This is a filthy product which runs flat within 20 minutes and just charging laptop for nearly 2-5%. Perhaps it's fault of co. who sold 2015 manufactured product to me in 2020!

kurze leistung, evtl zu alt?
Ich hatte mir den Akku Dell Power Companion (12,000 mAh) bestellt, da ich ihn frueher schonmal hatte, und gute erfahrungen gemacht hatte. Als er noch neu war, konnte ich meinen dell laptop 1+1/2 x vollladen.Der jetzt zugesandte akku hat aber eine extrem niedrige ladeleistung. Er reicht nur soweit, dass mein laptop zu 1/4 neugeladen wird. Sehr schecht . Evlt ist er alt?

Gut mit Schwächen im Service
An sich ein gutes Produkt, solange es funktioniert.Nach einem Jahr ließ sich der Akku nicht mehr laden. Da das Typenschild sehr schnell unlesbar wird und dort die Seriennummer aufgedruckt ist, verweigerte der Lieferant die Erfüllung des Gewährleistungsanspruches.So kann ich keine Kaufempfehlung für das Produkt aussprechen.

Ti sei dimenticato di caricare il tuo pc la sera prima di una giornata di lavoro fuori ufficio?! Ecco questa ottima power bank ti offre una valida soluzione! Power bank molto comoda e poco ingombrante! Al suo interno troviamo due cavetti con due attacchi differenti per ricaricare differenti modelli di pc dell! Concludo dicendo che per caricare la power bank essa va collegata al carica batterie del pc per qualche ora e il gioco è fatto!

Seguir trabajando con esta batería supone sólo un par de horas más. Su capacidad hace esperar en algo mejor, pero no. Es ligera, eso sí

Compact, Easy to Use, Okay in a Pinch
This power pack has options to charge devices via USB, but also an option to charge a laptop or tablet. I bought this to go on a trip where I was bringing my Dell tablet/notebook. It was easy to pack up, easy to charge.However, it does NOT come with a power cord of its own to charge the power pack itself. I was lucky that my Dell's charger fit the power pack's adapter port, otherwise it would have been a waste of money. They do provide two charging cables for two different sizes (one fit my current Dell tablet, the other would probably fit the old Dell laptop I gave to my brother).Now, I'm not very impressed with its battery life capacity. I plugged my Dell in when I was alerted to having about 20 minutes left of battery life. It wasn't plugged in and charging for very long before the power pack's own battery was gone and the pack itself was very, very warm. It's okay in a pinch, but it didn't charge my Dell up too much - gave it about 10% juice.

Wish the battery life was better
Was looking for a way to keep my laptop battery charged while in class, without having to be attached to the wall outlet. Many of the portable batteries are well over $100 so I was surprised to see this one was so much cheaper. It works fine, but the battery life is horrible. I'll leave it charging overnight when I know I'll be using it the next day. I get about 30 mins-1 hour of use out of it before it stops charging my laptop. Not sure if it's even worth it to be honest.

Highly useful as a portable power pack
When I buy I look for specifications,Brand and price .The specification is 45 Watt perfect for dell 11 3000 3195 ,the brand is like my laptop Dell so no question and the price is perfect .I tried on the laptop at full battery showed AC power and charged it at 70 percent and shutting it down it charged while laptop is down it is a perfect fit. I bought this one and not the one had the charger built in for it was recalled earlier and if failed will render battery useless. In all this is an awesome external battery pack that is really useful.I recommend it.

Great portable pack for XPS 13
It serves its purpose. It is a great little pack that can charge XPS 13 9360 up to 75 percent. (I have a smaller model.) So maybe buy a bigger one if you need it fully charged. But this is good for using on plane or emergency.
