Imagine Foods, Broth Vegetable Low Sodium Organic, 32 Fl Oz

I love this vegetable broth because it is so tasty and low in sodium. Since my local grocery store no longer sells it, I was happy to find it on Amazon.

This is a perfect substitute for chicken broth in soup recipes.

Makes my vegetables taste oh so good. Of course I add spices Yum yum

I make soup pretty much a at minimum twice a week. This stock is a lifesaver! Especially if you are just doing a split pea this stock elevates even that, the simplest of soups. I love that it is organic, low sodium and still has excellent flavor. Hey, we can't all be michelin stars chefs that prep soup stocks with all the left over scraps. Some of us are in need of a little boost to create the joie de vie in a cup! I wish it was a little cheaper, but I cannot complain. I stock 2-4 in my pantry and always pick up extras especially when they are on sale. In a 6qt pot I use one box and cut the rest with water.

I don't like to ingest canola oil because it's not heart healthy. Otherwise, the broth is very good.

I have been using Imagine vegetable broth for a long time and I love it. Amazon has a much better price on this product than my supermarket so, I always order 3-4 at the time to always have some in the pantry. What's important to me is that it has clean ingredients and it's kosher. It scores very high on the app I use to make sure I buy clean products.

This is one of my soup-making faves. It's so low in sodium that it can be reduced in volume without becoming too salty. (I like to reduce packaged broth by simmering it down to give it stronger flavor.) Also, it allows the leeway to add whatever salty additions you want (Worcestershire, tamari, fish sauce, etc.).
