Fun Express 12 Pieces Fun Loop Straw Assortment, BPA Free Plastic, Reusable for Party Supplies, Multi-Color

I am a little disappointed, the spirals and more 3-dimentional straws look really fun. I bought these for Xmas stocking stuffers this year and the kids will have fun with the ones I recieved. They are very sturdy and will last a long time as long as you keep them out of the dishwasher, as I remember, the ones I had as a kid were the same--warped death by dishwasher... The opening is narrow and you have to draw with moderate strength on the straw to pull up your drink, so your young ones will probably not experience that fun 'fast-straw kick-back, with cough, choke and following milk-snot riccochet' we all did. Therefore, I have no worries about giving these to the 4 year old nephew. Although, blow-back milk bubbles are probably harder to do, I don't know, I haven't tried that yet. I did notice that with one particular straw design the looping ran low down the straw and in a glass would be under the surface, no dice on putting a couple of these through the straw opening in a lid, the straight length is simply too short. All in all I am good with the designs I got, the photo currently attached to the item labelled "12 Crazy Loop Straws" is exactly what I recieved.

I bought these for my little cousins because I remember how much I LOVED silly straws when I was a child. They are good quality, thick plastic straws but, you DO NOT get the straws in the picture. I was very disappointed because you do not receive any of the spiral type straws. You receive two packs of 6 loop straws (two of each style). Probably not a big deal to most, but I wanted the really crazy spiral slinky shaped straws to be included in the pack. I could have purchased these basic loop straws from a store.

These straws are cute, but they break super easily and are impossible to clean. I discovered quickly that any type of milk is a no-go, so I started only allowing them to use the straws for water or light colored juice. Even so, after a few uses, I wasn't confident in the straws' cleanliness and started throwing them away.Also, anytime the kids would drop a straw into the sink to be washed, if I didn't know it was in there or didn't move it out of the way before putting a dish in the sink, the ends of the straws would break off, resulting in rough, jagged edges.I'm only giving these straws 2 stars because my kids loved them. They would be good for a one-time use at a birthday party or something, but definitely not a product you can reuse many times over.

Oh my goodness. When I was visiting my daughter in another state, I noticed she had 2 of these straws, a green one and a pink one being her twin daughters favorite colors. I also noticed that if they were in the dishwasher that I was rinsing these straws out too often. I shopped for these at grocery stores and other department stores to no avail and I was getting frustrated. Then I found them on Amazon. Yay!!!!They were shipped and delivered on time and my Grand daughters are thrilled, as well as I. What a fun thing for them to have, and I guess a Grandma as well when they come to visit or visa versa.

Needed something to add to party favors and these are always well received at our house. Some straws were more interesting than others, but since I only needed 20 or so and had to buy 2 packs resulting in 24, i just left the more boring ones out.Of course, have no clue as to the safety of the plastic but I'm finally starting to relax about that knowing that I can't control everything all the time and everything in moderation...

My son (now three) uses these straws for his yogurt drink every morning. We gave them away as a favor at his birthday party and the kids loved them. I wash by hand and then air dry. I do need to carefully clean to make sure that fluid does not get trapped in the curves or loops. Fun and durable for the the price.

Kids love, but hard to clean. DO NOT put in dishwasher, and shake a bunch to get water to dry out after hand washing.

they are straws, that are fun shapes for kids. it is what it is. if you plan on re-using, I suggest rinsing immediately after use, especially if used with milk or other thicker liquids. nearly impossible to clear out dried stuff on inside. NOT dishwasher safe.
