Printer ink cartridges work exceptionally well, customer service is even better. Cartridge installation and use was simple and smooth. Instructions are clearly laid out and easy to follow. At some point, a few months later, I had trouble printing a shipping label where part of the print was coming out lighter, like a grey stripe instead of black. I cleaned and aligned the print heads over and over to no avail. (This may not be a problem if you print often.) Finally gave up and contacted customer service. I doubt I even waited 2 minutes for a representative. Result was to have new cartridges shipped immediately. New cartridges arrived in a couple of days and everything is working perfectly again. The cherry on top would be knowing that the company takes care of its service reps as well as the service reps takes care of their customers. I really hope they do!

I’ve purchased this product once before without any issues. This time around the black ink cartridge would not work because the chip was geared for Android instead of Apple software. The representative could not download Apple software so she sent me the appropriate cartridge in the next days mail. Everything seems to work just fine now. I will say 5 stars for the great service that was provided!

I have been an HP person for a long time, but the price of ink really is getting expensive. I purchased 3 combo packs of Smart Ink Compatibles in hopes to save money. Each box was $40.00. In total I spent $120.00 for all 3 packages. I would have only been able to purchase 1 HP combo packs at the price of $167.00. When I installed the Smart Ink, to my surprise there was an error message: "Non-HP Chip Detected" I needed a quick fix. Thankfully Smart Ink was already prepared to warn the buyer of this "IMPORTANT!" message and how to resolve it. The process was quick, easy, and now I am able to use my Smart Ink without the hefty price and still get the quality of HP ink.

I never review items I purchase but wanted to let others know how exceptional the service and product was for me!! My HP printer rejected the cartridges I originally bought and when I called customer service they offered to send me software to over-ride HPs messages of having to use ONLY their product, but it didn’t work for Macs (yet!!! They are working on it), so they sent me all new “compatible “ cartridges (at no charge) practically overnight so I wouldn’t have to reorder new ones. The replacements arrived very fast (even despite the fact that I live in Hawaii!!) and work great - same quality as HP products! Customer service (*Andrew) was extremely helpful, friendly, fast and followed up ensure I received the items and was happy with them! They truly made my life easier, which is almost impossible to say about dealing with most companies theses day!!! Thank you Andrew!!!

Fantastic Customer Service!!! I had an old print driver that was not compatible with the the print cartridge. The ink replacement was perfect. I contacted customer service via email. Almost every email was answered in under an hour or less. They troubleshot with me, when they realized it needed an upgraded chip, they shipped out a new set. Within two hours of me receiving the package, I got an email checking in to make sure the next set of cartridges worked. They worked beautifully. Alex and Allysa are superior professional customer service representatives. The color accuracy was great and the value for the money was good.

Printer problems can be totally frustrating these days as companies really try to get you to buy their own expensive printer cartridges. They design their software so that you can't use third party products. Well these cartridges from Smart Ink are great! The cartridges came perfectly packaged and included installation documentation along with their contact information in case you have a problem. I did need to contact them as I got an error message on my printer. I sent them an email describing the issue and honestly I didn't expect a response for at least a day or two or more. To my amazement I got a response within an hour or even sooner! Unbelievable! Their support team is just plain wonderful! They led me through a series of tests and procedures and my issue was resolved! I can't say enough for this company and their support team!! Don't think twice about purchasing products from Smart Ink.

It won’t work with 8715

I got this as a replacement ink for my 8720 HP Officejet Pro. Once installed the cartridges, the printer recognized them as incompatible. Despite the manufacturer's assertion that they are compatible. Also, it didn't help to follow the manufacturer's suggestion and turn off the auto firmware update in the printer. The printer simply did not agree to work with these cartridges. This is a piece of junk --- never again I will buy anything from this company.

Don't be held hostage by the big printer companies, that charge outrage prices for their cartages. I followed the installation instructions and they worked flawlessly. The print quality is great for both black and color. I would definitely recommend this product.
