Esta almohada de embarazo de Chilling Home ha sido un verdadero cambio en la calidad de mi sueño durante los últimos meses. La característica más significativa es el uso de espuma viscoelástica (Memory Foam) en su diseño. Esto permite que la almohada se adapte perfectamente a la curva del cuerpo, ofreciendo un soporte personalizado y alivio de presión para el estómago, la espalda y las rodillas. A diferencia de las voluminosas almohadas en forma de U o C, esta es ajustable y portátil. Consiste en dos cuñas que puedes mover para dar soporte exactamente donde lo necesitas, lo cual es muy útil ya que las necesidades de soporte cambian conforme avanza el embarazo. I just found out I have sleep apnea, and it will take up to 8 weeks to get the CPAP machine. I’m a belly and side sleeper, but mostly belly. My sleep doctor told me to get a pillow like this to hep me transition more to sleeping on my side, and also prop me up more for the apnea. First night last night, and I can’t even describe how great it is. Sorta like sleeping in the arms of a fluffy cloud. I usually get about 5 hours of restless sleep, and I got 9!!!! I toss and turn a lot, but didn’t need to nearly as much, and was very comfortable surrounded by it. Fabric isn’t true velvet, but it definitely is velvety. Very soft. Very cushiony. It was in an air tight vacuum pack so of course it needed to expand. PRO TIP: if you want it to expand quicker, throw it in the dryer for a few minutes. Otherwise it will keep expanding next couple of days. I was shocked how much it helped my pain points. Even a regular pillow can hurt those sometimes. I really wouldn’t want it to be much fuller or stiffer. It’s not meant to be like a reading pillow support. It’s meant to be a pillowy comfy, cushiony, sleeping support. I fully recommend!
