Zero Stars
Bad Product quality. Initially we ordered a pack and it seemed okay. The taste wasn't great but it seemed like value for money. We preferred this product primarily because it was made in India. We then tried a few more packs for an event, however the second batch of pastas was BAD. It disintegrated within seconds of pouring in the water. Each piece of penne split into 2-3 vertical pieces. It was more like 'penne chips' rather than penne.Food products are non returnable as per Amazon's policy but the manufacturer ought to take action, both in terms of compensating the customer and fixing their product quality if they want to be a viable product in the long run. I am attaching some pictures of the product so that people can make their own judgement. Following pictures were taken approximately 4 minutes after we noticed that there was a problem.

I dont know what this pasta is made out of. The taste sucks and it takes a very very very long time to cook. Better to avoid purchasing one.
