I originally was going to rent something for my daughter‘s graduation party, but because of this price I went ahead and purchased it. So glad I did. I will be using it for all of our occasions where I need things heated up. I usually have about five crockpots going so this is gonna make my life a lot easier. The size was perfect. The quality is amazing. It was super easy to use keeps my items hot. Better than I thought it would. It was also very easy to clean. Function perfectly and I couldn’t be happier.

I purchased this product for a last-minute Hispanic baby shower, which included a substantial amount of food. It efficiently kept the meat, rice, and beans warm in one place, allowing me to easily refill and reheat as necessary. I am extremely satisfied with this item and plan to use it regularly in the future. Several other guests at the event were so impressed that two have since made their own purchases.

I wanted a good way to keep my food warm for graduation and this is an affordable solution. Easy to clean as these stainless steel chafing dishes are dishwasher safe. yay! Makes life easier. It’s a warming tray or a buffet server. This is actually versatile as you can use other dishes in the warming plate. The electric unit heats from 122 degrees to a little over 300 degrees to keep food on the safe zone. It’s looks professional without looking industrial or too “back of the house.” There is a nice storage bag to keep it dust free. The stay cool handles are good but my favorite part is the lid area. The lids are transparent and have a utensil slot. We served pulled pork, buns and hot mac and cheese - because that’s why my daughter wanted. Add some cold salads and a cake, and it was a party!

I needed some of these for an event I was working and they día not disappoint. They are great quality and easy to set up. I liked them so much that I bought a second set. They were easy to set up and were astetically pleasing. They were the perfect size for what I needed. I was able to swap out the dishes with ease giving credence to the value and functionality of these chafing dishes. I will recommend this product for anyone hosting a private party or catering small events.

Just received this in time for my gathering over the weekend. We used this as a food warmer, the 3 pans are large enough to keep the feast warm for a big family gathering or parties. Note that you should really use it when you have 10 or more people because each tray is pretty big and if you were to make too little food it will not very practical. We put spaghetti meatball, a large half salmon, and 2 dozen corns to serve our guests. It could keep the food warm for few hours. Since it’s stainless steel, this made cleaning so much easier, basically you use the paper towels to wipe clean and then little soup, scrub and rinse , it’s already like new. It’s a great practical tool to delight our visitors.

Makes having a party easy three trays for three different items. Makes it convenient..

This was used one time for a baby shower at the end of Nov. 2024. Pulled it out to use on Thanksgiving 2025 and would not heat. Power shows "on" but no heat whatsoever. Surely this should last more than one time use??

Wow what a great addition to a big meal. Use this constantly sine we received it. Keeps the food nice and hot and allows for food to be prepared in advance when hosting big meals. Tried it with chicken, turkey, vegetables , pancakes etc. Does not burn food like some others. Totally satisfied.

Bigger than I thought. I was gonna keep it warm for dinner. But the size I received was bigger than I expected. I might use it for the party. But the quality is really good

The texture is very solid. The appearance is also very modern. The performance is excellent. I am very satisfied with the product.

The warmer takes time to heat. I initially thought it would a be defect so reached out to the support team and only then they told me that it can take 20 min for the heating tray to warm up which is very long. This is just the heat plate to warm up. Then there more time to heat the water later. This should have been written in the add.

This warming tray is really practical! The size is just right, and I love that I can heat three different foods separately. Makes meal prep and lunch time so much easier. Highly recommend!
