The KEPWAM 16oz Smart Heated Coffee Mug does a great job of keeping a hot cup of coffee at your desired heat level for several hours. With three temperature settings to choose from (warm – 113°F, hot – 131°F, and piping – 149°F), one is bound to be “just right” for you (not too hot, not too cool)! The cup itself is very attractive and there are several color options available. Again, you should be able to find a color that is “just right” for your taste. I have found the battery life ample to get me through my morning routine, with the cup maintaining the mid-level temperature for about 4 hours on a full charge. There is also an option to keep the cup on the charger plate while in use, which will keep the charge all day long. Of course, that defeats the “portability” benefit of a self-powered heated cup. I have been using a warming plate for years, but have had to sacrifice the ability to take my coffee with me to another room and keep it hot. So, whether you use the portability feature or fixed charger plate option, one is bound to be “just right” for you! They do list the “capacity” as 16 oz. While this is, technically, a true statement, 16oz fills the cup to the very tip-top of lip (see photo). Of course, a cup this full cannot be moved without spillage, so the “usable” capacity is more in the 14 oz. range. Also, they similarly list the capacity as 14 oz with the lid attached. Again, this is an overflow level. The “usable” capacity with the lid is more like 13 oz. (see photo). Other key things to note: the cup cannot be put into a microwave oven, nor can it go into the dishwasher (hand wash only, I wouldn’t recommend submerging, although a quick dip in soapy water and a gentle rinse should be OK). Even though it comes with a lid for travel, note that this cup most likely will not fit into a car’s standard cup holder. The handle is such that the cup cannot nestle down inside the cup holder. But for moving from room to room, the lid can be a handy plus for this cup. Overall, this is a great cup that does keep a beverage at a good drinking temperature for several hours. 5 STARS AND I DO RECOMMEND THIS ITEM I write honest reviews based on real life experience with each item to help others make informed purchases. I read reviews too, and appreciate how helpful they can be. I hope that you find this review helpful!

Don’t buy it. It was washed by hand by my self and After only two months does not work anymore. Support is unreachable, impossible to talk to someone to tell my problem, talk to the seller is impossible. Please don’t waste your money with this mug .

If you’ve ever used an Ember Mug, this one will feel instantly familiar. The 16oz Kepwam has a satisfying heft, a smooth matte finish, and the same 2 ring charging system. The big difference: no app, just three preset temperature settings and a pleasantly soft, non-accidental-clicking button near the base. You also get a clear battery readout with five LEDs -- something Ember should’ve thought of ages ago. Overall, it works great. So why the missing star? The charging base. It’s lightweight, a bit flimsy, and -- like the Ember -- you have to somewhat keep the pins dry. I learned this the hard way. After a year of almost daily use and my personal talent for spilling liquids exactly where they shouldn’t go, the base finally gave up. Now the reason this still gets five stars for customer service: Kepwam replied within hours and immediately offered a replacement. All they asked for was a photo to confirm the model. Ember, by comparison, took days and only offered a discount on a new base. Big win for Kepwam. One tiny wish: I’d love adjustable temperature instead of fixed presets. The "low" is a bit too low, the "medium" a bit too ambitious. A dial or slider would make this the ultimate mug.
