Very happy with this product! I got it today and installed it right away. It took me less than 15 minutes to install - super easy! It didn’t come with any screws, but I just used the ones from my old nest plate. Just thought I would mention that in case someone didn’t have screws on hand. This product is definitely better than the plate that comes with the nest. The wood matches the look I have going for the rest of my house.

This was a great purchase. I needed a good-sized cover for a hole behind my old Ecobee thermostat. I was looking at all the ABS plastic ones and then came across this wood one. It looks great with my stainless steel Nest 3rd Gen. I bought the matte, after much contemplation. It attached right onto the Nest mounting plate perfectly. Very happy.

Great look and of course easy install. If I was getting picky they only thing I would say is that there is nothing to hold the actual nest unit in alignment (and use the built in bubble level) with the back plate as there was with the original plastic plate. Not a big deal just have to level the wooden plate and ensure you do not move prior to tightening up the Nest base.

Very nice, much better quality than I expected. The holes were slightly mis-milled, but a bit of wiggle with a screwdriver managed to fix it without damage to the wood.I would not hesitate to buy another one, if I ever have two 'stats up!
