Does it's job. Once I put it on properly meaning there is a right height your head should be tilted when using it. Get that correct and the pain relief is coming for days from just one 10 minute use. It's easy to put together and use, and comfortable despite it's intended purpose. I wish the pump pushed more air though so its quick to fill but that's about it.

This makes the second type I’ve bought. It works so good to stretch but both after a few uses start leaking air. Wish I could a durable one. I need it with my neck injury.

I have muscular back issues. Little I can do to actually help the pain. I was reading about this type of neck stretching could help, so I gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it felt. I was concerned that it would be too intense, but as I started using it, I realized how much control I have with inflating it to the right amount of stretch and it truly felt good! I even thought about using it as a travel neck pillow for trips because in its deflated state, it would take up minimal space in my luggage! Loving it!

It’s pretty uncomfortable to use. However, it does inflate and feels like it’s stretching my neck upwards. The straps around the throat and chin can be really uncomfortable. Otherwise, seems pretty good but not enough time to really know if it’s doing g anything.
