Eggless Breads & Buns Paperback – 1 January 2001

The book has all the recipes a baking beginner wants to try out. The instructions are precise and very helpful. I am a big fan of Nita Mehta and have successfully tried out many of her recipes from other books as well.

Very impressed with the book, it has thick glossy pages with huge full color photos of the breads & buns. Simple instructions, explained step-by-step. Many any recipes given savory & few sweet ones too. All look & sound so delicious like Chilly bread, Cheesy croissant, and many wonderful bread sticks. Can't wait to get baking! :)
