同じ容量の縦型と、値段は高いし、横型なので置き場所を取るが、ドッキングステーションと、裏に電源スイッチがついている。また、私が当時買った縦型には、スイッチがついていないし、自動的にはオフにならない。これはPCシャットダウンすると、自動的にオフになる。音も縦型よりもむしろ静か。早い！！。これはお勧めである！！

今まで同じメーカーの縦置き型を使用してましたが、こちらにしたら音がかなり静かになりました。

マウントしなかった（初期不良品）のでエレコムHPの交換フォームに連絡、すぐ交換品が届きました。サクサク動いて満足。カリカリ音がするので気になる人はいると思います。

Inconvenient for home office use.
The unit is shipped with 1) a ugly and large AC to DC power adapter, and 2) a 3-pin “JP” power cable which does not fit standard 2-pin Japan 110v 50Hz power outlets. The power adaptor and cable are not shown. I am unable to use it in my home office in my modern house in Osaka. Returning.

実は2台所有しております。 本体は剛性感がありしっかりしている（アルミ合金のｹｰｽに入っている？） 動作音は少し気になるかも。 容量も数種類から選べる。 気になる点… ①ACアダブタがでかい、設置場所によってはACアダブタが宙ぶらりん気味になり、 ケーブルが外れるかも。 ②電源ケーブルが各種付いているが別にありがたくない（各国のコンセントに対応しているため） 日本で使うには3ピンタイプなので2ピンにするため変換アダブターが必要です。日本で手に入るなら アダブター付属してほしい。 ③接続にはコンセントとサンダーボルト3？4？コネクター（USBタイプC形状）が付いているが古い機器ではUSBタイプC端子はない場合が多々ありケーブルを別途用意するか変換アダブタが必要これも付属希望。 ④16TBタイプは今現在でも高いのでなかなか手がでない、壊れでもしたら発狂するレベル。 ⑤PC一台につきこちらのHDDは一つのみの認識しかできないかもしれない。どんなに当方ががんばっても では1つ以上認識しない？参考までに富士通ノートPCLIFEBOOK AH77/Gこの手の品物は複数接続して 使うのが本来の使用方法と思うがこれでは利便性に欠ける。普通今現在のHDDがいっぱいになったから買い足す人は多いはずこれではなぁ… いろいろディスったが10TBを超えるHDDはまだまだ選択肢がないのもまた事実このデメリットとも 取れる部分を理解した上で納得して使用するのは良いかもしれません。バッファローとか有名どころでも 16ＴＢや14ＴＢモデルを出してほしい。バッファローでは複数認識している7台ほど…ご参考までに

E' il sesto Hard Disc Lacie che prendo per lavoro. Durati tutti parecchi anni, li aggiungo per motivi di capienza e per esser sicuro di evitar rotture, ma per ora nessuno mi ha mai dato problemi nonostante rimangano accesi h24 per anni!

The LaCie 1big Dock HDD is 16TB, offering ample space to accommodate my expansive photography library. The speed is as advertised, ensuring seamless data transfers. A subtle hum is noticeable during operation, similar to other LaCie HDDs, but the sound is far from disruptive. As I need to download daily pictures from my SDXC card, the mounting works significantly more efficiently than the one found in my MacBook Pro 14". I seamlessly connect my external monitor to the LaCie 1big Dock HDD via a Thunderbolt 4 cable, allowing for daisy-chaining. The monitor remains readily accessible even when the HDD is not in use, thanks to the flawless connection. Overall, my two-week experience with this product has been overwhelmingly positive. I particularly appreciate the discount I received.

De interne schijf maakt erg veel geluid. Meer dan de lacie 10tb vorige generatie die verticaal staat.
