Amazing product. Had know idea what I was doing when I first flew it so I wound up crashing into a tree going like 40 mph. The damage was surprisingly light and I was able to rebuild it.I got some help from a friend who basically taught me how to fly and know flying this plane every Saturday. Flies great in beginner mode, and just getting the hang of intermediate mode. You have to setup a rates switch for at least ailerons if you plan to fly intermediate and no stabilization mode. Also, it's not plainly written in the instruction sheet but for Stabilization modes (defaults to channel 5) Blue light means beginner (autolevel) mode, solid red is stabilized and blinking red is no stabilization. Watch out for your switch position on this beginner is +100, no stab. is 00 and stabilized is -100.Feel like it's necessary to mention too, on a 3s 2200 lipo I get almost 30 minutes in the air. Very efficient model! Also, plenty of space in the canopy to go bigger, I feel like you could fit at least a 5000 in there.Enjoy

Have the original and wanted EVO to get the new improvements. Started out bad, 5 weeks to get it. My wife gave it to me for Xmas so i did a brief inspection (never took out of plastic bags) and re-boxed it. On Christmas Day i discovered that the stabilization unit was missing and none of the cables were labeled. I bought this model because of great stabilization. To made a long story short, returned it asking for replacement. We shall see when (if) that one arrives. I have the feeling to the manufacturer in China sent ZOHD a bunch of incomplete aircraft.(12/31/19) ATTN: I have been contacted directly by ZOHD and they have apologized and will be sending out a ZOHD Kopilot. Based on this great customer service action i am changing my rating to three stars. However, i noticed that description of including the stabilization unit still remains in the product description. My original one star rating was based on a erroneous product description. Once I received the promised stabilization unit i will give a second review. I am confident it will fly better than the original model, which was great! I will update my review again at that point.

This was my second rc plane ever I bought. The foam is very durable and the plane is easy to assemble and disassemble for transport. Easy to set up rc transmitter to flight controller. The flight controller is great keeps the plane stable when learning to fly. I would by again for sure.

Great airplane. Self explanatory on how to build it. I built mine up with a Matek F411wing and fpv equipment. Flies great.

I did not realize everything is not included. We had to buy a remote, and other accessories. I thought when I bought it everything would be included.

The Zohd Nano Talon Evo is an evolutionary upgrade to the original.Assembly is strait forward. The control surfaces should probably be loosened up a bit or replaced with Tyvec/CA hinges.Overall this fitting my purpose and is a very capable Li-Ion powered FWsUAS platform to aid further ADSB hardware/software development. 👍🏼

Was missing servo, no labeling on cables as to where the servo cables go to, instructions mininimal. I had to return because the stablizer was missing

Received minus one part of the tail section. Contacted seller and didnt receive a replacement despite providing an address and photos. Ordered my own replacements via BAnggood and when they arrived there was so much slop in the barrels of the hinges that actuate the rear control surfaces it was unflyable. I then added two hs40 feather servos and control horns to the tail and it flies great now. It sucks that 60 cents in plastic parts made this bird so bad. Now that I have modded it it flies like a dream. They should make the next version with servos in the wings and rear surfaces with quick disconnect plugs where they mount to the fuselage. It would keep it transportable and easy to break down and eliminate several points of mechanical failure while cleaning up some of the platforms "squishy" feel.
