Very useful!
If you want oil-less water poach but avoid the uncertainty and technique to do one, this comes in handy. Very easy to use and clean. My only design complain is it could have been a tad wider so that the poach would be thin. The cup size being what it is, rather small, a normal/large egg comes out about 1 cm thick.
