How does this one compares to Mypurmist inhaler? the price difference is big and seems to do the same job? any opinion out there?

Haven't used the MABIS and was looking into it but I can tell you I've also had (3) Purmist Units within the last 4 years and they ALL failed within 6 months of usage. The worst part of Purmist is that they cost over $150 and up for each unit...absolute trash, poorly designed - they don't last. Don't bother with Purmist, but I've heard with their new My Purmist design people have reported that the new redesign doesn't break down as easy as the old versions, but here's the catch, with the new models you have to buy their specially formulated packets which are only additional revenue for the company. For the price of one MABIS I would say you're far likely to come out ahead even if the unit broke, since it won't break the bank.

How do i make the steam work? it's plunged in with the light on! no steam

Did you put water in the correct place? It is very important to read manual, although a little confusing about where to add inhalants if using. And make sure not to put the measuring "cup" in the spout where the steam comes out or remember to remove it if that's where you store it.

Can you add medicine to the water? For example, iodine or colloidal silver? Is this product a nebulizer?
