Will this work for wall unit blocks?

They will pick up 2 8 inch by 16 inch block at a time. I bought a metric sized one do they come in us standard size i have not been able to find any that are as good of quality for standard sizes

Can you use it for 18x18 inch patio paver?

I've used mine to lift and move several hundred 16" x 16" x 2" (40lbs) patio stones in the last week... not one came loose. It was at the factory setting for "15.75" as shown in the ad. There are 3 more holes for handle placement, one of them should work for 18"x18" stones as it's advertised to spread out to 19.5".

Can this be used to position paver blocks that weigh 72 pounds and are " x 24" x 2.4"?

It can handle the weight but not the size 19.5 “ is the biggest that it opens I needed 24” also but I found out when I got it it could only handle 5 bricks not 7 that I needed I kept it hopping that I would modify it but I haven’t got materials to fix it yet
