The screws fall out constantly. We have screwed the screws in so many times that now the wood is splitting. It’s such a shame because they are beautiful and comfortable but terrible quality. I would return them if I could. Edit - The customer support for this company is top tier. I told them the issue and they gave us new chairs. We may have the same problem, but we also used wood glue this time to keep them together. Hopefully they hold.

The screws are too short and the rungs keep falling out

Chairs don’t stay together after initial assembly. You’ll need wood glue and thread lock to keep them together more than a couple weeks.

Screws keep falling off chairs. We’ve had the chairs for a few months and they are falling apart on us.

They were easy to put together and fit the counter just right. I needed counter-height chairs because regular bar stools would have been too high for the bar built into the kitchen island.
