Which size is suitable for 30 years age player

Based on your head circumference. Use the size chart. I am 35 but head size is small, so bought small and fits well.

Will large size be used for 21 to 40 yr as it provides adjustbale straps?

I wouldn't recommend using larger size, it will make the helmet wiggly even after straps. You may cap reversed and wear on top. I bought size S based on their size chart recommendation.l and it fits well.
