I have always had bathroom issues and for the last 6 years or so I have been taking culturelle and have pretty regular. Recently I have not been able to “go” without drinking a smooth move type tea every night. I tried this intestinal formula and the first night took 1 with no results. 2nd night took 2 and yup that got things working! Took 2 the 3rd night and what I was surprised about is I went on my own for 2 additional days without taking anymore. I did not have excessive cramping or feel like I had to sprint to the bathroom lol it was all subtle but VERY effective. I feel so much better with more energy. Like other reviews mention the capsules do have a spicy taste but you’re swallowing them so not a big deal. Definitely recommend!

I've been using this product for the last two years.It works amazing. 1 are 2 capsule for me after dinner. And in the morning, it's easy for me to have a bowl moment. No more constipation no more bloating.

This is totally worth the value for the money. It has high quality for its value and it really helps me a ton! I have been using this product for the last 3 years and it really helps me function. I use two in the evening with my dinner. They do have a little bit of a spice taste in them if you leave them in your mouth too long but they are a regular size capsule that is very easy to swallow. I find using them with a quality male psyllium capsule like pure, amity, or zero really enhances the function, comfort and benefits of Dr Schulz’s intestinal formula #1. These have made the quality of my life so much better for me. It helps me have good energy since I don’t have to feel sluggish in the morning anymore because it gets things moving and I’m off to my day. I like calling them “the spice,” pill in front of friends and family and I make sure I never run out and keep these in stock. I don’t travel without them. I keep them on my person for outings because otherwise I just don’t feel well. They keep me happy and healthy for my every day life.

I take a heart medication that comes with a fierce constipation side effect. I normally take 6 stool softeners and 6 senna tablets at a time and that works but not in a nice way after a couple of days. I came across this product and read the reviews and thought I'd give it a try. Three worked. The great part is I don't have to race to the bathroom when it kicks in. I gave it 4 stars because I'm in the early stages of using it. I will update after more time.

After trying different products, such as Emma, which didn’t do a damn thing for me, I thought let me try this for my constipation and bloating. Well, this didn’t do a lot from my bloating at least not yet, but it certainly started giving me regular trips to the bathroom. In fact, they probably have to stop taking it every day as I find myself going to the bathroom a bit too often and it’s sometimes a loose stool where I gotta find a bathroom quickly. This product didn’t give me any side effects, it didn’t taste bad, and it certainly resolved my constipation. So of all the things I tried this seemed to produce the most positive results.
