Has anyone attached these to an above ground pool? I’m wondering what would work well to attach to the liner.

Gorilla double sided mounting tape would work really good. It’s strong and waterproof.

I tried the strobe/flash for the first time and now my lights won’t turn off. Other buttons work but the off button won’t work. How do I turn off?

Hello, if the remote control can't turn off these lights, you can take out the lights that are on and twist them in the opposite direction. Re-tighten them when needed.

Can half of the lights be one color and the other half a different color? Or can they all be different colors?

You can set them up either way. If you put them close together to set them up,the remote will make them all the same color. You can separate them and move them away, and make each group, or individual light a different color.

Can the lights be turned on without the remote?

Yes you twist to turn on but this will be in rotating-color mode. If you want to control color or brightness you need the remote. Once set to a color/brightness you can turn on and off w the remote. But I believe (based on their literature) that in this state they use some power even when off, whereas if twisted off they use no power.
