Lovely looking mic!
Replaced the old one after 6 years -not sure why it stopped working but it had had good use. The good news was I could replace like for like. Looks great, works very well, no fancy switches and programmes its a basic microwave with very good looks. Just what I want and need.

The microwave arrived promptly and well packaged. It's great quality and looks lovely. It's easy to operate. I bought it from Amazon resale and it was great value and as far as I could see, totally unused. I'm very pleased. Thank you.

Good retro design microwave

Quality product
Attractive Microwave with easy to use controls ,easy read blue digital timer . It is lighter bin weight than my previous Microwaves so does slide on the work top quite easily ,not sure the chrome plastic door handle will stay the same in time . Swan quality is not how it was a few decades ago but thats same as many appliances designed in the UK but made in China .overall yes I’m happy with it !

Disappointing
Got this compact Microwave, so it would take up less space in the corner of our kitchen. We really liked the design and colour and thought Swan were a trusted UK brand. We were therefore really disappointed when it arrived and immediately felt cheap and badly made, to the extent that the base wasn't even level and it rocked when standing and even moved when opening the door, which is obviously a safety concern if heating up hot food or liquids. The feet aren't adjustable, so there was no way of resolving the problem and we know it isn't our worktop that isn't level because it's solid granite and our old microwave was fine in the same position, although it took up more space. Having to return for a full refund, although to the seller's credit, they are arranging for a courier to collect it, as it's too big to take to a collection point. Really disappointed that Swan Brand isn't any longer the quality UK manufacturer we thought it was

Beautiful swan retro microwave
The microwave arrived well packaged. It's great quality and looks lovely. It's easy to operate. I bought it from Amazon resale so it is great value. Absolutely love it & worth every penny
