Great product, support meh.
Great alternative to a traditional desktop PC. Small, powerful and reliable. We have bought over 50 for our clients so far, zero failures. The only issue we had was an issue with licensing of Windows on 3 units. Emailing support did not get a response. It was an easy fix with Microsoft. We are still buying these units!

Solid unit, reliable so far, fast and quiet
Works great for me, no overheating, super quiet. I'm using a separate hard drive for docs. The only drive space I use is for software. I'm a heavy user - I use adobe suite for website design, graphic design, midjourney and ai. So far its been flawless. The computer runs 24/7 for days. Occasionally I shut off. Mine came with windows 11 pro. I could not use my microsoft office suite from windows 10 to 11. So I he decided to bypass the evil greedy Bill Gates product and use another evil greedy office suite in googles drive. So far its a slight inconvenience but I make it work, for now.

Overall a pretty decent PC
Microsoft obsoleted (Win11 21H2 was the last release for it without hacking) my old HP Elitedesk (i5-7600) I was using to run Jellyfin and a few other apps so I decided I’d replace it with this little guy for some development work and running my SDR radio setup. So far it has plenty of power and resources for that and should be good for quite a while. The i3 and 24gb of RAM handle the work tasks I throw at it and much more. If you need a good PC that will work for school and maybe some programming, I’d recommend this computer. I did try to throw Ollama on it but it could not really handle any LLMs except the smaller parameter ones and even those were a bit slow so I can’t recommend it for AI stuff but if you’re doing that kind of stuff you know you need a dedicated GPU with lots of VRAM!

Excellent performance for price
This is my first mini PC. This converted me and I have since bought others. This has excellent performance for it's power and price level. Happy that it has 24GB as the RAM is not user upgradeable. It is nice that it has a built in PSU, but I would like the option for a 12V DC power supply. I am very happy with this purchase. This replaced an older I7 that consumed closer to 100W and this outperforms that machine.

Small Yet Highly Effective
Didn't know that there were such fantastic computers in such small packages. When I wanted to have another safety 'puter to back up my desktop, which I MUST HAVE for work, I thought to try one of these. It is so very effective at what I need that I bought another and now enjoy having one computer for each area of my work.

A frustrated angel customer
My original review was deleted by mods on bee-link.com. So here's a repost: I was smitten by the tiny mini PCs released by Beelink for years at this point. But here comes the first-ever device that I'm really disappointed by. I ordered the 64Gb version of GTi14 on Amazon directly from Beelink back in April 2025. Little did I know what was about to come: the device design looks sleek and operates like one until...you switch onto more demanding tasks like video editing, IDEs, or combining. I'm not even talking about gaming - you can play some old school games from the early 2000s, but don't even hope for some more recent titles. The device is silent, which is cool, but it doesn't cancel the fact that the device will randomly turn off at least once a day, and Intel just keeps hitting new lows. I got a faulty unit. -Wanna buy GTi14? Better save up for AMD devices.

Fast and upgradable
This device is a replacement for a device that was running out of available RAM and not upgradable. This unit is considerably faster, starts with twice the RAM of the old device and is upgradable. The programs I use on a daily basis shows to use about 60% of available RAM so at this time I don’t need to upgrade the RAM. You can also upgrade the disk storage and add a second “disk”. I use the existing SSD as the “boot” and operating system/program drive and added a 2TB SSD drive for my file storage. Since it comes with an SSD as the boot/Operating System drive, it boots very fast and programs load quickly. I would definitely recommend this device to anyone that is looking for a reasonably inexpensive computer that is fast and upgradable. It is probably not a “gaming” machine but for common day computing it is outstanding!

Great if you don't want to open the case
WHY are the screws for the case hidden under rubber feet that are glued on? The first thing I wanted to do was upgrade the RAM and add a hard drive and had to wrestle these things off. Terrible design choice.
