I installed this on my clients front door and she finds it very helpful. Before she required assistance just to go out of her house. The remotes work well as does the wall clicker. We installed the clicker only on the interior and the white plastic is not as sterile or commercial looking. The power line is too short to reach a standard wall outlet, but I bought a 15’ white extension cord and cut it to length, then hid the cable in a cord mate quarter round. It looks clean and quality.

This 120B Olide Open&Close is the solution to our family's challenge. Follow along: We have three cats who sleep in a room in the lower level of our new home. We tuck them in at night and close the door. When my wife - sleeping in the master bedroom on the main floor - wants to see her kittens early in the morning, she simply pushes a button on the 120B's remote and "BEEP" - the door to the cat-room magically opens...all from the comfort of her warm bed. I had researched several opener/closer solutions and this seemed to be the right choice for us. I was 100% correct. Although I was concerned I might not be able to install it, the process was much easier than I'd imagined - especially with the fantastic customer service coaching from the US-based team. It's really not as difficult as you might think. Once I got to it, I'm sure I spent less than three hours installing it on a 32" hollow-core door. And compared to some of the competitive units, the pricing was very reasonable. I'd recommend this Olide120B open-close unit to anyone looking for a multi-purpose unit for home or light use in an office.

The system seems to be high quality parts and construction. Nice quiet operation. Comes with everything you need. Lots of configuration options. My only issue was getting the remote controllers to work. It was a little tricky finding a tech support contract. Had to email the seller and who then emailed me the phone number for David. Took a few tries to reach David but once I got him he walked me through the controller configuration step and it worked like a champ.

We had high expectations for this product, unfortunately after 4 months of use the unit has frozen up and there is absolutely no way to communicate with vendors on Amazon. CRAPPY CRAPPY CRAPPY, PS... Communicate with me and I can revise this review.

Didn’t like that you can’t set it up an electric strike to only unlock momentarily when door is opening. Also wish you could program the stopping points. This would stop stress on the on the door. This definitely wasn’t designed by someone that understands locks and doors etc. It’s does work well, strength is good. This could be a real great unit if they fixed those two things.

Great product

Installed this about a year ago and it's still working fine. Lots of customization options for how fast it opens etc... I was even able to control it with an Arduino. If you don't have any experience with electronic locks and devices like this there might be a learning curve for you with the setup.

It was not what I was expecting and it was missing a part I was not impressed I returned it and plan on purchasing a better one soon
