Where can you buy extra glass vials?

You have 2 options when your vials are empty. A: You can buy a replacement vial with pillules inside (just as they came to you in the kit) from Helios Homeopathic Pharmacy, who manufacture the kits or B: You can buy just the remedies themselves and manually refill the empty vial(s). Pills (No 6) is the size used in the vials.
