Les Mills SMARTBAR G2 5kg weight plate (single)

Les Mills is genius!! I wish they had these at my gym! It is so easy to get the weights on and off the Smartbar2. A lot less down time switching out weights when working out at home.

As a Les Mills instructor, I know these plates are engineered for all the world class group fitness workouts I teach — BodyPump, GRIT and CXWorx. I’ve used them for years, both at home and in the health club. These will be added to my existing Smartbar setup.
