Q: Do the 4 ounce liners fit in the 8 ounce shell?

We have both 4 and 8 oz. They are the same diameter so should work no problem.

Q: Hi. I was wondering the the silicone pouches can be labelled? I have 3 kids and their pedia doesn't want their bottles mixed up. I color coded the plastic bottle cases but was wondering how i can label the silicone pouches?

I would just use different color rubber bands around them, but a sharpie writing would hold on these , you would just have to reapply after every few washes

Q: if you buy the lids could you store frozen breastmilk in the pouch without the outside shell?

The outside shell is how these bottles close. The ring over the nipple tightens on the bottom shell to close and seal the bottle. Im not sure what you are using for a lid, but the nipples are not air tight for extended breast milk storage.
