Easy to use. Started with program number one and moved up to number 3 within 7 days. Easy to jump on for 10 minutes and couple times a day. Feel good during and after workout.

This has a really strong vibration even on the lowest setting. The plate is well made, and comes with resistance bands and a remote. The only reason I give it 4 starts instead of 5, is that the control panel in the center makes it impossible to sit on it, although the literature show several exercises where you would need to. Other than that, it is perfect. It is quiet too!

Great! Easy to get started and it fits under my bed as I wanted. However, only 3 Stars since the remote doesn't work. I am hoping a new battery will solve the problem, but this senior citizen was really hoping to leave a 5 Star review. Having to buy something else to make what I just purchase work as expected is really a pain.

Good product

Arrived on time. Easy to set up. The vibration noise is minimal. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks with no issues. The remote control makes it easy to start your session. It is easy to move, if needed- and stores well.
