OEM pump rollers
The pump and motor is still going strong after 14 years. I replaced the original rollers after 12 years and got a little over 1 year on the second roller. Both rollers sheared internally so the steel shaft would rotate but the rollers didn't move. Good tight fit. Maybe I used the wrong grease or something on the shaft. Installed new rollers and tube in 5 minutes and the pump is running like new.

Stenner pump it is a consumable and does wear out
If you have a Stenner pump and are changing your pump tubes once or twice a year, you will be needing this replacement roller after about 3 years.. I order 2 and 10 tubes so I have a spare.. It has a slip clutch inside that does wear out and when it does the pump will appear to be working but just won't move the fluid at high pressure.. I figured this out when I changes a tube and tried to lock the rollers and they just would not.. Our pump injects chlorine into the input of a holding tank that ensures chemical killing of water-born biologics and also oxidized the iron in the water so it can settle out or be captured easily by the filters..
