My son is 6.5 and about 60th percentile both for height and weight. These have an elastic waist with adjustable side elastic. They are wide and roomy on my son - baggy I suppose you would say. He likes that there's no snap or button and prefers these to jeans. I bought him a dark blue and a green camo one. By now I've washed and dried these at least 9 times; probably more around once or twice a week. They are fine, normal - what you would expect in ready to wear. They seem tough - after wearing once or twice a week all of this southern CA winter - there are no obvious issues of fading or thinning at the knee or anywhere else I can see. He likes all the extra pockets. I do prefer the look of skinny jeans. My child though, prefers comfort. And as long as the comfort is achieved with well fitting clothes, I'm fine with it.

Excellent pants for the 8 year old grandson. Good price and quality. He's very slim for the elastic band makes them fit without sagging

Made in Kenya - great quality and good look. Will definitely get couple more pairs once the young man overgrows these.
