It is a good, adjustable and quick release. Just the job easy to fit on my duffel bag.

Works good. I have sewn it on my daughter's school backpack as the pack kept slipping off his shoulders. It seems strong will last for years.

Great for spreading the bag weight. I got 2 and use the second one almost fully extended as a waist strap. The sternum strap goes on backpack that I carry a lot of heavy camera, and computer items with me. These work great - a lot less shoulder pain when hiking now!
