it is ok ,but during summer it is not withstand for temp around 40degree.though it is hybrid and mentioned like with stand up to 70degree. but not happened.one more thing, this grass not spreading sides no branch roots came even we pour water daily for more than six months.

Please stay away from this crap. I spent a lot of time in preparing the soil bed as best as anyone can. I had my hopes really high. Now it’s been 1 month and the growth has been really sporadic. Even after following proper watering routine, whatever seeds managed to germinate, they too died after a week. The grass is really weak and grows just straight up. No wide blades and no side growth. Root hold is minimal, and lot of weeds along with seeds.

not for gardan it grows like bush . carpet grass is much better for gardan

Excellent seeds! Germinates in just 3 days that too in a fall season. I am happy to have purchased this product. Now my garden is full with a lush green lawn. In just 20 days the grass blades reached the length of 8-9 inches and I had to hasten mowing it. Awesome!

Grew quickly but looked more like cattle feed grass - except it was not enough to be it.Certainly not Durva Grass, which is what Bermuda Grass should be. Maybe it is a non-indian variety, but it is not what most of us are looking for.
