I love the supplements and I love how they are very easy to swallow. If you're not a big fan of pills then you should definitely try these. These pills are small but very effective.

I've been taking 2 capsules of this Brand (4,000 IU) for 2 years and a recent test reveals me to have a very low Vitamin D count (19 and my doctor says it should be 40)and I started questioning the quality of this vitamin. However, my speculation of this Brand being of poor quality was pre-mature since my doctor wrote back and told me,"I think "now" products are quite good (I use them). couple things about vit d, some people just need more than others (like me and maybe you). the other thing is that it might be helpful to take you vitamin d with a fatty meal to help the absorption. so don't go yelling at "now" just yet."NOW FOODS replied to me:"We are audited and third-party certified by UL LLC (formerly known as “Underwriters Laboratories”) as meeting federal cGMP regulatory requirements for dietary supplement manufacturing. These are great because they are so tiny, like tiny fish oil capsules. Basically the same look and feel and color to it, I like that it’s small because it’s easy to take down with no after taste

Like that the only additive in this is olive oil,vitamin d3 is a necessary supplement, helps with my vitamin d level blood test.
