Sheet is scratchy and uncomfortable when new, after the first few washes it is pilled, bumpy and scratchy to your skin. I would not recommend if you want any kind of soft sheet to sleep on.

Disappointed in these sheets. I used them for several months and I was never able to tell any difference in my sleep than regular sheets. Also, a big hassle trying to find a place to air dry them. We are not allowed to have a clothesline outside.

Pills

I was skeptical at first, but it really does help me sleep better. You do have to read the instructions on cleaning so as not to damage the threads.

I’m So bummed it didn’t work - I got nothing at all. Now, I’m very sensitive to energy & I should’ve felt something but I didnt.. at all! I even feel barometric pressure & storm energies, and the laying on of hands! With this mat et al I didn’t feel any sensation while being on it & or afterwards. There was No helping me sleep better nor any uplifting sensations. And No health benefits. The worse part for me was the fabric. It was very uncomfortable to my skin. I just didn’t want to lay on it - prob bc it’s an un natural fabric. It felt awkward. And noticeable. Maybe you’d get used into it? Idk.? So I tried it for as long as I could stand it & that was 2 nights. The other issue was the cord. It was long enough. But I had to have my hubby plug it in for me. It’s not a standard type at the end. I was unable to pull it out bc of the end type & where it was- that’s behind a chest of drawers. AND to make matters worse, I was unable to get it unplugged & I had to wait on hubby to deal with it…I missed the return date. (I’ll try giving to a friend maybe they’d like to experiment on it!)
