I bought my first one of these from my supermarket and was so impressed I took to Amazon to order more. I have a back problem which is eased by heat which is good but it's not practical to be permanently attached to a hot water bottle. I can't use normal deep heat as it has ingredients that affect my stomach. When I saw that this was medication free I thought I'd give it a go and I'm not disappointed. You roll it on so no horrible stinky hands and within a couple of minutes your back is lovely and warm. This also has a much better smell than normal deep heat. My friend tried a bit on her arthritic knees and she said it was very comforting. I now have these three bottles placed strategically around the house so wherever I am I can splodge a bit on to ease my aching back. The heat stays for about 15 minutes and you can use this as often as you like. I'm so pleased with this product and if you have aching bones give it a try.
