My son feels it has helped with some digestive issues. We take it twice a day. It has only been 1 month, and I usually wait 3 months to review supplements. I will say I have had no ill effects. Easy to take gel cap and nothing unpleasant at all.

Doesn’t seem to be as potent in capsule form at regular dose of two capsules. It is three capsules for me. But you don’t have the horrible taste of pouring in a spoon and taking it. My first time trying black seed oil was straight outa the bottle by spoon. I think it works for me. Minus’s one star for needing to take extra, cost is more.

Product package looks old and gel capsules look dull not fresh.

I must say...so far so good. My bloodwork came out better than previously since I started taking this...if course, myst ge careful about possible interactions with meds or medical conditions. People have complained about the aftertaste, but for me, if I take it with my morning coffee, I don't seem to notice it as much.
