Big. Hard to swallow. Tastes funny. What did you expect, its a vitamin not candy. Has everything I would ever need. Methylated B vitamins. COQ10. You name it - its in there. Been taking this daily for 6 months now and has replaced my multi-bottle regimen of supplements. Now I take this and fish oil thats it. Please never stop making this stuff. Makes such a huge difference in so many ways.

Very easy on the stomach even if empty. No gassiness, pain or nausea. After 2nd day felt less tired. Less palpitations. I now take all 3 pills in the morning to avoid being so alert in the evenings. I initially took 2 in morning and 1 in afternoon but I stayed up longer than I wanted to but I woke up as normal with energy It's not anxious energy, no jitters just not tired. Big tablets but easy for me to swallow at one time with water. No yucky aftertaste. Goes right away with a couple sips.

Bought this form of Alive for travel as did not want to be without this supplement. We have been adding the liquid form to our morning smoothies since September and have noticed improvement in not only our health, but energy levels. I have not had a single cold or flu event since using this product. My husband has had just one sinus infection. Great food based product. Only down-side, have to take 3per day.

We really like these vitamins. High levels of nutrients and high quality. The odor and taste are mild. Value for money is great, knowing we are getting quality ingredients and sufficient daily values.

I needed a good multivitamin that were all natural. After doing some research, I stumbled upon these. They are awesome. I have noticed that I have more energy and the fact that they are all natural is great! They are very big, but are coated so they're not too hard to swallow. They can be a little intimidating at first sight.

Love these vitamins! The best for regulating an intestinal tract that has flow issues. I do not need to take fiber supplements when taking these vitamins & my acid reflux is almost non existent. Please do not change anything. I will always buy these! Thank you.
