A good product.
I was pleased with this patch panel. I'm a contractor, and bought 2 of these for a commercial project we were doing. We used it as a junction for 62.5/125 Multi-Mode Fiber with LC connectors. The panel fits a standard 19" rack, and the LC connectors are standard sized too. Good price, good quality.

Perfect solution for my project
As you can see from the photos, I painted the panel silver to match my Ubiquiti equipment. I changed some of the LC couplers out for OM5, OM3 and will add some OM4 magenta when I get my OM4 MPO breakout cable to connect 6 of the ports. I’ve run 3 duplex multimode fiber cables to two areas in the house. I wanted some future compatibility in case I need more multimode connections so I also pulled a 12 conductor MPO OM4 cable and terminated it at the wall panel. I’ll use a MPO to LC breakout cable to attach 6 of the 12 LC ports on this panel for future expansion. This panel is good quality and the LC couplers are high quality with the guards installed on each side. The panel itself is decently thick metal and is substantial. It came with each port numbered but since I painted it, I lost that numbering but that’s no issue because I’d rather use my label maker and label it with black or black and white on clear labels. For home users like me, this is a much more useful panel, compared to the panels that have a plethora of fiber connections that most home users will ever need. I think 12 duplex connectors is pushing it but I’ll end up using at least 4 of them to start; two to the living room, one to the secondary office and one to the master bedroom. I use multimode 10GbE SFP+ transceivers on each side so the other locations have a large data pipe that, in some cases, have multiple computers that were sharing a 1GbE connection to the network equipment. Now I have the 10GbE connection so each 1GbE connection of the older computers can each have full bandwidth back to the file server and gigabit internet. My living room has a media center computer that will be using 2 bonded 10GbE for a 20GbE connection back to the Ubiquiti port aggregation switch with 8 SFP+ ports.

Not Sturdy
The jacks on the panel are loose and not sturdy at all. Needed to use glue to hold them in place from moving around. Very displeased with the quality for the price. They do their job though.

Very convenient 1U 12-port LC/LC multimode patch panel
This LC/LC multimode 1U patch panel is very convenient for keeping your rack neat when you use multiple fiber runs. Since I am using both a single-mode and multi-mode patch panel, I do wish there were more clear labeling for which was which, rather than remembering that beige is multi and blue is single.

Fixed the problem.
When they ran fiber to the new location for the rack, it was too short to have enough slack to be able to move the rack. But the connections were all long enough to put them back on the wall, which is what we did and then ran jumpers out. This panel solved the problem perfectly. No observable signal loss or issues at all at 10 Gb.
