Do not purchase
1. Customer service is not 24hours and you may get stranded without support. Support takes several hours, up to half a day to respond. Not good if you can’t get to wifi and need your phone for directions and services in a foreign country, or to call friends or family for help. Very unsafe option.2. There’s a registration fee then purchase of data which is unjustifiably expensive compared to other options3. Very confusing to use4. What exactly is eating up so much data that $100 gets used in one day? There are other, unlimited options for $30 for 10 days. 5. Do your research. Read reviews. Know the terms.6. Other options have supports and are willing to make things right when there are connectivity issue. This is not the case with OneSimCard.7. No tracking of data use so one can monitor and manage usage. Other options allow this on their app.8. Confusing information between website login and app.9. The app and web experience is substandard to other options10. FAQs are poorly organized and not helpful

Works but is a very complex service - do your own research
First of all, I am telecommunications professional with extensive knowledge of how those services work and I must say this is a very complex service that needs a very thorough research before buying. The main reason I bought this SIM card was to have a worldwide enabled device able to provide emergency communication while traveling; and I do travel extensively all over the world, including at sea (cruise ships). I do not use it as a main mean of connectivity as it can be very expensive, depending on the circumstances but from a technical point of view it does work as advertised. The setup process was relatively easy: register the SIM card through the seller website, insert the SIM in a factory unlocked phone and done ... the service was available immediately without any extra manual settings on the phone. Now the big warnings: data charges accrue extremely fast even with all the possible tweaks of the phone so switch OFF cellular data unless you know exactly what is running on the device (background processes, cloud services, updates, etc. etc.) and even so, only use it when in dire need and there is no other choice (Wi-Fi for example).Based on the rates and the instructions regarding calling, I can see a lot of different situations in various countries where it can become cumbersome to actually make a call. I do not use the Assistant App since I don't want it to take control over the network profiles of the phone and if one is carefully following the instructions, there is no need to install it anyway. However, I can't stress enough the importance of researching / noting down / maybe even printing the specific instructions for the carriers in the countries you plan to visit BEFORE the trip. If not, you might run into a situation where the SIM card won't register correctly on the host network and the service won't work properly (or at all) due to specific settings on the phone. The rates are acceptable for a global enabled device, of course if not spending hours on a call. Saving debit card details in the on-line account or setting up auto-recharge might be an option to consider just in case the credit is depleted (otherwise you will need to find a Wi-Fi hotspot to access the on-line account and recharge). What I like the most is the SMS feature, where almost all incoming SMS are free, no matter where you are (including at sea, while on a cruise ship). Thus, in case of a home emergency, people can send you a SMS alert. There is even a section on the provider website that allows sending free SMS to any OneSimCard number (main number). The extra PENs (extra phone numbers linked to the main Estonian number) are expensive to use as they charge a monthly subscription fee as well as extra calling / SMS fees if used.Overall I am pleased with the purchase but again, do your own very extensive research before buying as well as before going on any trip abroad otherwise you risk to be disappointed. My own use case, as stated before, is to have a failsafe / backup calling / SMS / data option just in case of an emergency. I set up some popular Wi-Fi messaging / calling apps like Whatsapp, Hangouts, etc. to use as main communications tools but just in case, I also have this SIM card with the provided main Estonian number. My phone is a factory unlocked iPhone SE.Hope this helps, thank you for your time.PS. I rated 3 out of 5 for value of the money because at time of writing the same SIM card packet can be bought cheaper with more included credit directly from the website of the provider.

One Sim Card Works
If your traveling or and EXPAT residing overseas and need an avail stateside number or even more importantly a number that you and your bank can use for verification of banking matters, One Sim Card is the way to go. Not only does this sim card work but the tech support and customer service works fast and efficiently. Its easy to set up and to operate, and when you need help the company has some very knowledgeable support people to help you and they are fast to respond and I have never heard well lets try this, just this is what you need to do, and they will explain things in easy to understand language,. If your unsure of what you need, make a list of what you want to be able to do, go to their website and open a chat session. It won't take long and they will tell you what and how to obtain your goals. They will list avail options but will not force feed them to you or give you a sales pitch for something beyond what you need. Its an excellent company, and excellent product and a excellent experience. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Did not work for me
Could not get it going. Tried to install in an iPhone 12 but the sim card was not recognized. Wasted two hours looking for solutions on the internet. in the end gave up and went to T-Mobile and bought a sim card which worked immediately. Would not recomend.

Perfect Sim Card for Ex-pats
I purchased the OneSimCard since I work overseas and travel back to the US each summer. I realized this card allowed me to use a local number while I am in the states. The PEN number has been easy to use and helpful as I call businesses and friends. I also like that I can use this when I travel to other countries throughout the year by uploading money for a data plan for a few weeks or a month in that location. I can't wait to try that out soon. The tech support has also been really helpful. I had a few issues getting the data plan up and running when I was not on wifi but the tech support was able to help clarify the problem clearly and quickly. I would recommend this sim card for someone that travels a lot internationally.

Data use expensive, be aware
My son just purchased this card for use while in Rome. Setup was relatively easy, everything worked as it should. What they don't tell you is the pay as you go portion for data is ridiculously expensive. He called me because he had been charged a total of $150.00 within 48 hours, and this was light use ( some Snapchat and pictures, texting etc. ) when he didn't have wifi. I immediately had him go back to using Verizon, whose international plan is $10 per day, unlimited plan. So beware! We would have dropped $1000 before his trip was over otherwise.
