Decent quality and works well. Fit perfectly as replacement to original pull handle on single seat recliner which had internally broken.

The groove provided in the actual product is different than that in the images. I tried really hard to fit my cable in there but the metal is too rigid, it didn't flex.Using some desi jugaad, I managed to keep the cable in place. There is not much lateral movement of the cable so the rubber band should last long. Of course, there's no guarantee but hey! If it works, it works!The product is nice, slightly bigger than the original plastic one. It was not visible by naked eye but once I fit it in place it was tight enough not to require screws.I would give 4.5/5 stars.

Product is good. Wire holder did not fit and clip also not provided in the box. I have used zip tag to tag it. It worked. Spring is not very strong. It works smoothly. Overall good product. Finishing also good. Check my pics for more details.

It is made out of all metal so much better than the original fitting. Item was well packed and clean and unused. It fitted in my Urban Ladder recliner without issues. One issue is that the retainer spring clip is not included. I had to improvise with cable ties. It is a pretty easy DIY just two screws to unscrew using a Phillips screwdriver and no other tools needed. Anyone can do it with ease. Attempt the replacement with the recliner footrest released. A good buy and replacement.

Sturdy and strong, unlike factory provided clip. Definitely recommend it rather than buying whole new kit like damro showroom advised.

The damaged product was received, hence replacement was initiated but it never reached us and still the system shows that the defective product was picked and fresh product was given. This is too bad on part of the seller and also Amazon.
