Works! Much less tingling! Start with a low dose!
I still tingle a little bit but it's not nearly as bad as with raw powder.Also, the slow release still works, somewhat, if you break the tabs in half.I started with 1/2 a tab per day, which caused a little bit of itching and tingling, then I moved up to one a day, and now I'm up to 2 a day with very little discomfort.My stamina is up at the gym. I can do more sets now and I can repeat more sets with the same weight without needing to lower the weight. This gives me a better workout and a better pump.

it’s great to take a day of rest, and to continue, but if you want to remain at a high-level, you have to be consistent with your intake, this time released above and beyond is an ultra !

No tingles
I am still loading, but can say that this product is working as directed. No tingles whatsoever and I'm already finishing workouts stronger than before.The only negatives are it is somewhat pricey, and the pills may be difficult for some to swallow. I'm ok paying a little more for a certified safe for sport supplement.

Caused agitation
This review may not be representative of this brand as much as the effect beta-alanine has on my body. I noticed increased agitation and that I got angry easily after taking this product for about a week - and it went away a few days after stopping. So for me, it's a no. For others, good luck!
