I am a gymming enthusiast. I do weight training and wear this to give support to my knees and deal with regular wear and tear and aches and pain. I have been using this for the past 1 month. Let's get on to the review. The knee cap support came as a pair in a white carton box. The knee support is made of a stretchable and beautiful knitted material which is comfortable to wear. I love the color blue and black and pattern on this. It looks super cool. The well knitted support gives sufficient mobility , stability and support to the knee. It doesn't bite into the skin and doesn't restrict blood circulation. The knee cap support doesn't roll down ( take care to pick the right size) If you are average weight then medium to large size will suit you most probably. This knee cap is the worst knee cap ever available in the market. It doesn't provide any support to the knees and keeps rolling when i try to sit down. Don't buy this peice of crap

This is the knee cap I looked for!! I had suffered a lot because of my knee pain. I have tried a lot of knee caps including the most popular ones. All of them claims to do wonders but was just waste of money!! But Dyna knee cap stands out because of its quality. It is comfortable to wear and provides perfect support for the knees. I didn't experience any irritation or itching while using it. And above all my knee pain have reduced a lot. Thank you Dyna for this wonderful product.

I would recommend this product as it is totally worth the money I paid for it because It is a very good product especially because of the grip and the way it supports the knee.
