I picked up this 4‑pack of Lifelines FlowArt Activity Pads hoping for something calming and creative, and they definitely deliver. The variety is impressive—color‑by‑number, color‑by‑letter, dot art, and more—so it never feels repetitive. The guided “art meditation” style really does help you unwind, and the scenes are detailed without being overwhelming. The included markers are a nice bonus. They aren’t premium artist markers, but they work well enough for casual coloring and keep the set self‑contained, which makes it great for travel, waiting rooms, or gifting. My only small critique is that some pages have very tiny sections that could use finer‑tipped markers, but that’s pretty normal for adult/tween coloring books. Overall, it’s a fun, relaxing set with tons of variety and plenty of pages to enjoy. A great value if you like mindful, creative activities.

These are worth EVERY penny!! It’s such a unique adult coloring book and very relaxing. I’ll be buying all of their book designs. Great gift idea too!

These are my favoite. I love to sit and watch TV while dotting. The letters are large enough to see but not too large to cover with the included dot markers. I like how the markers can attach to the back of the books when not in use or when I travel. This is my second set of these!!!!!!! They are also great for older kids and teens when traveling.

I’ve ordered two sets of Lifelines, and enjoyed both sets. The packs are full of different designs, and I love the storage on the back. My kids love picking colors and seeing how the picture comes out, and I will continue purchasing for seasonal packs. I only have 4 stars, because the cap of the marker has a ring inside, so if you’re not careful replacing the cap, it can put a crease in the marker tip, which can create an imperfect dot on the marker. I also think they could use more creativity in color usage with pictures.

I really love this system. I have only tried the dot pattern. You get a tablet with 20 patterns created by letters ABDCE. There are also colored markers, double sided (total of eight colors). At the top of each pattern is a key ABCDE, and you choose the colors for your pattern. Then you dot out the letters according to the colors you have chosen for each letter. The pictures are really beautiful. No matter what color you choose, the pattern always look beautiful and different. I find it peaceful, and I call it my me time.

Had my eye on this for a while, finally ordered it. So glad I did! Very relaxing & a lot of fun. Will probably need to order more for myself and to give as gifts.

I bought these after seeing someone on social media who had them in her Analog bag. I really like the Dot-Pop! Relaxing to “color”, and see the image “pop”! Unfortunately the second item, Pogo-Dot, is pretty terrible. I started to work on the butterfly page and it was so ugly I tore it out and threw it away. I had attempted to smear the pen a bit to maybe get the picture to look better, but that made it worse. I wish I could return that one, but it may just end up in donations (maybe somebody else will love it). I would give this set 4.5 stars if it was a set of 2 Dot-Pop books.

I bought these coloring pads for my 8 year old Autistic/ADHD son, and he absolutely loved them! The vibrant colors and hidden designs when colored kept him focused and eager to color more. He was so proud of his coloring that he colored a page and wrote a sweet note on the back for all his teachers! The markers are easy to keep with the attached organizer on the back. One of the best coloring books I've ever bought for him that he was excited to color more.

I gave it as a gift. Recipient loved it.
