The shampoo is good. Doesn't make rough nor too smooth. Just washes our hair. I dont know if its paraben free. Smells good, mild. Just a coin size is more than enough. One had to use conditioner if one wants softer hair. Latest update: amazon updated 2 bottles is must to buy. Booked and received both but one bottle's cap was half broken. Though there was no spilling, i dont accept such things. So reduced a star for that.
