I plan on purchasing the 30-50lb set as soon as it's back in stock on Amazon UK.Two things worth noting.Firstly, there will be no mention of the free ebook included in the box with the grippers, but don't worry. Iron Crush will manually send you an email with the PDF attached, on the day the grippers arrive in the post.Second, this particular set (60-80lbs) is not an ideal starter set for beginners. I can fully crush the 60lb one but I'm nowhere close to being able to pinch or extend it. If your new to grip training, it might be worth buying the 30-50lb set first.

These are really good for building wrist strengh and for grip. I would recomend these for any one who is into martial arts or any thing that requires a good grip. I was able to use them all for crushing, I did find it hard useing the black one for pinching. I could not even use the purple ond for exstention. Only 4 stars because they only go upto 80Ib

Amazing quality. As soon as I opened the package, I just felt they would last very long time, even life time. Soft whole silicon and not sticky at all. no unpleasant smell. I am stronger than average for a woman but I can only squeeze the 60lb one about 5 ~ 7 times at once. I tried the 30 lb, which is quite squish. But if you do it about dozens of times continuously, you need rest. But pinching is very difficult even with 30lb.

Wonderful product....As it does what it says on the tin!!Tough durable and has protected my iPhone 6+ admidarally - would highly recommend this case to anyone especially if they do a manual job & are likely to drop your phone.

Excellent product! I am an experienced trainer, and this is challenging. The only caveat I would make is that this set is not for beginners....but a good product giving a good workout!

Does what it says on the packet strengthens both your hands and your forearms they are both comfortable and easy to use anywhere👍

Can't fault the product. My grip strength gas gone through the roof.

DO NOT BUY. wast of money. Made of some funny material whicj is definitely not rubber. First squeeze is as advertised 60, 70 or 80 lb but then you surprisingly become a proper hulk because you can do as much reps as you want to. THE REASON IS ALL NEXT SQUEEZES ARE EQUAL ABOUT 10 LB.TOTAL WASTAGE!!! CHEAP MATERIAL, NOT RUBBER.
