I didn’t buy this for cracked heels — I actually just like getting my feet as soft and pampered as possible, I wanted a high urea cream, and this balm is perfect for that. After using it, my skin goes from normal to super smooth, cushioned, and properly doughy in the nicest way. It soaks in quickly without feeling greasy, but still leaves a velvety film on my foot that feels like it's going to work. Surprisingly to me, when I woke up I actually had some soft dead skin on my feet that the balm had softened, so that's a really good sign that it's working after 1 day, it wasn't peeling like those packs, just more came off easily if rubbed. I have no doubts that it will work for cracked heels, but for me I'm just happy it's working towards my goal of having really soft, flexible, doughy-feeling feet. I’m definitely keeping it as part of my daily routine. I only knocked off 1 star because it's such a small tube for the money.

So having developed cracked heels ( apparently, wearing Crocs all the time which give zero heel support, has caused it...don't care, I'm 60 and past caring about my feet being fashionable) I happened across this cream...lots to choose from, but this was a fair price , so I thought I'd give it a go. After applying and pretty much going to bed ( socks on, didn't want it rubbing off in my freshly laundered sheets) afterwards, I woke next morning and there was already a difference ! I'm now on day four of applying once a day (before bed for me) and my heels are almost cured. Massive improvement. I dont use much, its not really greasy, seems to soak in as you apply. My heels are now improved to the point, if I get run over, I wouldn't be cringing at the ambulance people seeing my feet. Honestly well worth the money and honestly it works. This is a genuine review by someone who clearly has time on her hands - and on my beautiful feet !! 😂

This is the real heel blam. I have got problem with cracked heel from decade after using this continuously my cracked heel got healed and gone now is very smooth. Thank you Flexitol.

When I read the previous reviews I was sceptical, how can something work that quickly. But being desperate I decided that having such good reviews I would give it a try. I started with cracked skin on my soles and heels that would have enabled me to climb out of a muddy ravine quicker than a Jeep, 24 hours later and after only one application, I could walk across the carpet without snagging the pile! To just say this works is an understatement, it genuinely is a miracle in a tube, it's definitely going into my saved items for future purchase. (sadly I was so sceptical that I forgot to do a before and after photo, and how quickly it worked didn't give me a chance once I remembered!)

This product works well on calluses. My heels are grossly calloused and this product softens the callous and it’s no longer cracked. I use this twice a day. My podiatrist recommended this to heal my feet and it is safe for diabetics. I have been using this for years. It’s a fabulous product.

I have tried many, many different heel creams and this is by far the best. The others don’t do anything. Flexitol Heel Balm keeps my feet nice and soft. I highly recommend this product. I won’t use anything else.

Crema er I piedi che dovrebbe aiutare ad eliminare la pelle dura dei talloni. Usato ogni giorno per piu' di una settimana non ho notato nessun risultato. Alla fine ho usato il rullo a pile del dr Scholl e ho eliminato la parte di pelle piu' dura. Poi ho applicato questa crema e ha funzionato nel mantenere la pelle piu' idratata. Secondo me e' piu' a scopo preventivo che risolutivo. Non vale i soldi che costa perche' per idratare i talloni (dopo aver usato il rullo per togliere la pelle morta) posso trovare creme che costano la meta'. In particolare uso la crema all'urea di Altruist che e' ottima e costa molto meno. Non consiglio questi prodotto.
