Consider before purchasing
The handle was much longer and bigger than I realized it would be. I used the handle once, and it is simple to use and worked with a different brand of dilators. I gave a five star rating because the handle itself was simple and easy to use, nothing wrong with it. However, I found that the handle wasn't necessary, and I could use the dilators on their own comfortably. My money-saver suggestion would be to buy the dilators first and try them out before purchasing the handle.

A plus for those who have the matching dilators.
Dilators are a must for the post-op transsexual. The Rose handle works well with Rose dilators. Easy to use and clean. Not like the plastic dilators sold in the 90s, which I used post-op, these are soft and pliable. I use Rose dilators and the handle today during my routine maintenance. Post-Op women understand exactly what I am talking about and pre-ops should be aware of their aftercare.

Helpful
I am using this with another brand of silicone dilators, and it works just fine. Really helpful for us "reaching impaired" (old, stiff, and/or disabled). I took off one star because it does take a bit of hand strength and dexterity to wrestle the webbed holder into place, but I still found it doable.

Not Easy to Use
These are weird. You have a few steps to actually SORT OFF attach them to the device. A waste of money.

Muy útil y fácil de usar”
El diseño es cómodo y práctico, ayuda bastante a manejar los dilatadores sin esfuerzo. Material resistente y fácil de limpiar. Ha hecho que el proceso sea mucho más sencillo y seguro.
