Arrived disassembles with no assembly instructions or the operating manual. Contacted the 3rd-party vendor (Chairorama) to request assembly instructions. Their totally unhelpful response told me to assemble it myself. I couldn't. In the end, paid a local furniture store to do it for me. The chair itself is Great. But do yourself a favor and avoid getting it from Chairorama.
